How to Order
Customers can purchase the wire-free trailer lighting board (link to buy page) through the evoboard website by selecting the product, and clicking the 'Add to basket' button.
We use PayPal to process our online payments. PayPal is free to use and uses highly advanced secure technology to help keep your account safe. Customers do not need to own a PayPal account to use this payment method on the evoboard website.
If you would rather pay by cheque or balance transfer, please send your request to info@evoboard.co.uk.
Postage and packaging will automatically be added to your order total when using the online payment. VAT has already been included in the prices.

Payment Methods
Through PayPal, we accept payment by most major credit or debit cards including Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Solo, etc.
Liability
The majority of card issuers cover all the charges that may result from unauthorised use of your credit card or debit cards, but some may limit your liability to £50. If you believe your credit or debit card has been subject to unauthorised use you should contact your card issuer without delay.
Availability
Very occasionally, we may run out of stock of the evoboard and there is a short time lapse before we can update the site. In the unlikely event that you are able to place an order for an out of stock item, we will contact you via email or phone.
Delivery Information
evoboard use Royal Mail for all deliveries. When ordering online, the UK postage costs will be added automatically. If purchasing goods for delivery to the European Union or International, please email info@evoboard.co.uk.

Returns Policy
Our ethos at evoboard is to ensure that we constantly meet and exceed all of your expectations when you purchase from us.
To return an item by post you must firstly contact evoboard either by email at info@evoboard.co.uk within 14 days of your original purchase date. We will issue a Returns Authorisation which must accompany the goods being returned. Items returned without a Returns Authorisation cannot be accepted.
Let us know which item(s) you wish to return, and the details of any fault, along with your customer order number and your personal details and we will send you an email containing a returns note. When you receive this email, simply print out the returns note and place it in your parcel with the item(s) you wish to return. Please package your item(s) securely, returning in the original outer packaging where possible. All items returned by post (unless faulty) are returned at your cost. You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting (available from all Post Offices at no charge) when returning items by post. If you post your item(s) back to us, we will endeavour to send you a replacement or refund your payment within 14 days, providing your Returns Authorisation is included with the items returned. Refunds will be issued through PayPal.
The evoboard is guaranteed for one year from date of purchase against any defect arising from faulty materials or manufacture. Any notified defect through materials or manufacture will be repaired at the manufacturers discretion provided the defect has not been caused by misuse or neglect.
